We currently offer four (4) varieties of short term commercial-purpose, California real estate secured loans.  In addition, on a case by cases basis, we may also agree to make more creative loans with varying parameters.

All loans are subject to underwriting approval and to certain terms and conditions.

Product 1: The Red Giant

​

• Amount: Between $200,000 and $2,500,000

• Term: Twelve (12) months

• Rate: Starting at 8.25% (for first priority liens) and 10.0% (for junior liens)

• Installment Payments: Monthly, interest only with balloon upon maturity

• Origination Fee: 2 points (for first priority liens) or 3 points (for second priority liens) to NSL - payable at close of escrow from loan proceeds

• Available Extension: Six (6) months upon payment of a 0.50% fee to NSL

Product 2: The Blue Giant

​

• Amount: Between $200,000 and $2,500,000

• Term: Twenty Four (24) months

• Rate: Starting at 9.15% (for first priority liens) and 10.975% (for junior liens)

• Origination Fee: 2 points (for first priority liens) or 3 points (for second priority liens) to NSL - payable at close of escrow from loan proceeds

• Available Extension: Twelve (12) months upon payment of a 1.0% fee to NSL

Product 3: The White Dwarf

​

• Amount: Between $50,000 and $1,500,000

• Term: Six (6) months

• Rate: Starting at 7.65% (for first priority liens) and 9.7% (for second priority liens)

• Installment Payments: Monthly, interest only with balloon upon maturity

• Origination Fee: 3 points (for first priority liens) or 4 points (for junior liens) to NSL - payable at close of escrow from loan proceeds

• Available Extension: Three (3) months upon payment of a 0.75% fee to NSL

Product 4: The Neutron Star

​

• Amount: Between $50,000 and $1,500,000

• Term: Two (2) months

• Rate: Starting at 7.15% (for first priority liens) and 9.15% (for second priority liens)

• Installment Payments: Monthly, interest only with balloon upon maturity

• Origination Fee: 4 points (for first priority liens) and 5 points (for junior liens) to NSL - payable at close of escrow from loan proceeds

• Available Extension: Thirty (30) days upon payment of 1.00% fee to NSL
